Fully Threaded Rods

Precision thread rolling techniques employed at Rolled Threads and threaded rod with superior strength, finish and dimensional integrity with accurate lead tolerances. We offer the broadest size range in the industry: .0312” thru 7” diameter. All the major thread forms are rolled: Unified, UNJ, Metric, Acme, Trapezoidal, Worms, Knurls and special configurations. Carbon and alloy steel, stainless steel, nickel alloys, brass and aluminum are available in all the thread forms.

Double Ended Studs

We  offers custom made double ended studs in Unified, UNJ , Metric and MJ forms from 1/8” thru 7 ½” diameters . Classes of fit include 1A,2A 3A and interference. We capable of rolling studs with hardness of RC 40 and higher. Double ends can be produced to these and many other specifications: ASTM A-193,  ASTM A354, SAE J-429, ASME 818.2.1-1996, ASTMA320/320M

Grades:
Threaded Rod are made of Grade 4.6, 4.8, 5.6, 8.8 diameter rod. The threaded portions are UNC coarse threads with no chamfer on the ends.
